Our company has been hosting guests in Uluwatu since 2025 and currently manages two boutique villa properties: Nori Villas and Coz Villas. We focus on a home-like boutique villa feel rather than a standard hotel experience. Property info
Step through the doors of our newly built villas and into your own private green oasis. A lush garden and private pool wrap around the front of the villa, creating a calm base for slow mornings, golden sunsets for villas facing west and quiet nights in – far from the noise, but close to everything you need.
Each villa is spread over two floors apart the tiny nook villa. On the ground level you’ll find a bright living room that opens directly to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen, so breakfast with friends or simple dinners at home are easy and comfortable. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the sofa and watch your favourite movies on the 65" Smart TV.
In almost every villa - except the Tiny-Nook - a spacious living room opens onto a private pool with loungers, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen (with blender, toaster, kettle, water station, fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-point stove top, wine glasses and more) makes eating in simple and enjoyable. On the first floor, each villa has a semi-outdoor first bathroom with a lush garden and a cosy patio for reading, journalling or a quiet drink in the fresh air.
Our location is one of the things guests love most. The villas are close to Nyang Nyang, one of Uluwatu’s most beautiful and still uncrowded beaches, with soft sand, space to walk and incredible sunsets. At the same time, you’re only around 10 minutes’ drive from Uluwatu’s main restaurants, gyms, yoga studios and beach clubs.
Our staff are here to make your stay easy - from smooth check-in and daily support to helping arrange transport, scooters, massage or local recommendations.
Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a trip with a friend or a longer work-from-Bali stay, our villas are designed to feel less like a hotel and more like a home you’ll want to come back to.
