About Water and Seasons in Bali: • Water Quality: Slightly salty well water is used for showers and pools, a common and eco-friendly practice in Bali’s coastal properties. Free bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking. • Rainy Season & Mosquitoes: The rainy season (November to March) may bring more mosquitoes. While regular treatments and repellents are provided, complete elimination isn’t possible. These are natural elements of Bali’s lush environment. About Geckos in Bali: Geckos are part of Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. They are completely harmless to humans and are actually very helpful — they eat mosquitoes and other insects, keeping the environment healthier. In Balinese tradition, geckos are considered sacred and are believed to bring good luck and protection to the home. For this reason, we kindly ask guests not to harm or disturb them.
