Please note, there is an ongoing construction nearby (as is common in many areas of Bali right now) so some noise is expected. Evenings and early mornings before 8:00am are silent, but mid-day you will hear the noise. Some days you may hear nothing at all and it simply depends on the tasks of the day for the construction next door. The parking access to the villa has a narrow road so only small cars can pass. You can walk 80-100m or use a scooter from the main street! Other things to note - No pets allowed - No parties or loud music - No sub-leasing of any kind - No children (there are no railings on the deck or stairs so this is a safety hazard!) - No smoking indoors (smoking outside and on the outside decks is completely fine) - No space for parking car, Bike only.
