We are also promote electronic detox hence there are rooms where TV would be switched off. Please be sure to read the inclusions in your detox package during booking. Package Inclusions: 1.Initial Detailed Consultation with the Wellness Team on check-in and daily visits 2. Yoga Acharya sports consultant - consultation on Check-in 3. Natural herb drinks available 4.Three Treatments Per Day – One major therapy (45 to 60 minutes), one minor Ayurveda therapy (30 minutes) and One relaxing Traditional Balinese Treatment (30 minutes) every day (unless otherwise prescribed by the Doctor) 5.Group sessions a day of therapeutic Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Meditation (45 minutes each) 6.One personalized Yoga session of 60 minutes duration – specifically focused on the health concerns 7.One personalized Chakra Meditation of 30 minutes duration – specifically focused on the health concerns 8.Daily morning routine ayurveda cleansing (Dinacharya) – after the initial consultation 9.All 3 meals (Satwik vegetarian) in the restaurant (Specific diet will be planned by the doctor during the initial consultation) 10. 2 times Tea/coffee / Refreshments 11.
