I am working so I might not be able to check you in, in person. But you can easily reach me through chat. I can provide a cleaning-room service without extra charge and prior reservation for those who book the apartment more than 7 days, only to do basic cleaning service (change the bed linen, bring clean towels, etc)
The building is right in front of the main road, so the noise level is quite high.
