Bali is our passion. We love the island, her history, her nature, her energy, her religion, her spirituality, her mystic and her people. Another passion has become healthy living and longevity. And my wife and I try to incorporate these principles in the way we serve our guests and preparing the meals for them.

What makes Gunung Paradise Resort special is the atmosphere of serenity, the style, beauty, and luxury of the villas and gardens, and a blend of traditional Balinese and Dutch hospitality principles. The villas were built with the rich Balinese tradition and artistic culture in mind.

Neighborhood info

The property is situated in the village of Rangdu, close to Mayong and 20 min from the beach in Lovina, 20 min from the trekking/hiking centre Munduk and 45 min from the trekking/hiking area of Sambangan. But also other North Bali highlights like Menjangan snorkeling or Bedugul are within a hour drive. It is a perfect strategic location. The surrounding nature is from beautiful to astonishing. Hike tracks start right away from the resort. Traditional village life is under hand reach. If you are lucky you will be invited to join a Hindu ceremony with one of the families of the village or from our staff.
