The house is just minutes a way from Malls and Universities in Surabaya. Galaxy Malls and Pakuwon are just 5 minutes drive, while Institute Technology Sepuluh November is just a stone's throw away. Further down will be Suramadu Bridge, Kenjeran Park, Submarine Monument and many more.
