It's a 3 store building with 15 rooms. Communal kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, etc is available. Swimming pool with size of 9 meter x 4 meter.
Used to work as a driver and tour guide.
Currently is a developed area, some constructions are happenings starting from 08:00 am till 17:00. There are many restaurants and cofffee shops within waling distance. The beach is located around 500 meters from the guesthouse.
