These initial properties established the foundation of a management approach focused on thoughtful architecture, efficient systems, and reliable guest service. Over the years our portfolio has grown significantly. Today we manage 16 properties with a total of 53 villa units across Bali, and we continue to expand. Each property is individually designed yet maintained with the same commitment to luxury hospitality, consistent care, and a seamless guest experience. For several years we operated under the name Blacksand Villas Management. As our portfolio evolved to include villas with different names, styles, and concepts, it became clear that our management identity needed to represent a wider and more elevated scope of work.
