The studio apartments are located in a peaceful and serene area. This property offers both comfort and convenience. 500 steps to the beach, and close to lifestyle amenities such as Loma Artisan Coffee, Udara Yoga Centre, House of Kairo and Air Wellness Centre. Quiet and private, yet strategically located near restaurants, cafés, and daily conveniences.
I live in the same lane as the studio apartments next door.
The lane leading to a river; there are 5 local houses at the top of the lane, and all the rented properties are at the bottom of the lane. At night, you still can hear the sounds of the ocean, and mornings are filled with birds chirping.
