Sunset Villa is a spacious private 4-bedroom villa located in the Uluwatu–Jimbaran area of South Bali, close to beaches, restaurants and cafés. The property offers a large swimming pool, garden areas and multiple indoor and outdoor seating spaces, making it suitable for families and groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include en-suite bathrooms. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, recreation room, gym and entertainment facilities including pool table and table tennis. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Complimentary breakfast is provided on the first morning. Location The villa is approximately 30–45 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport and 2 minutes from Nirmala Supermarket on Jalan Uluwatu. Uluwatu beaches, beach clubs and dining areas are within a short drive. Some daytime noise may occasionally be heard between approximately 8:00am and 5:00pm. Evenings and nights remain quiet. For this reason, pricing is reduced during this period.

Andy and Ayu are a family-based hosting team who live only a few minutes from the villa. We aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable stay while still offering support whenever needed. We personally welcome guests on arrival, explain how everything works and can help with local recommendations, transport arrangements and activity bookings. Our goal is for guests to feel settled quickly and enjoy Bali without any stress. We are always available if assistance is required, but we also respect guests’ privacy during their stay.

The villa is located in the southern part of Bali between Uluwatu and Jimbaran, an area known for beaches, cafés and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Within a short drive you can reach surfing beaches, beach clubs, restaurants and local markets. Nirmala Supermarket and Pepito is only 2 minutes away for groceries and essentials, and a shopping mall with cinema is around 10 minutes from the villa. Yoga studios, fitness centres and spas are also nearby, making the area convenient for both holiday visitors and longer stays.
