A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservations made through Booking.com. By completing a booking, you irrevocably authorize The Apurva Kempinski Bali to charge the credit card provided for any applicable room charges, taxes, fees, deposits, or penalties in accordance with the rate conditions, payment terms, and cancellation policy of your reservation.

The physical credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check-in for verification. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in or request immediate full settlement with an alternative payment method should the required credit card not be presented.

The credit card must be valid, under the name of the registered guest, and correspond to the details provided at the time of booking.

If the reservation is made as a gift or if the cardholder will not be present at check-in, the hotel requires a duly completed Credit Card Authorization Form, a copy of the cardholder’s government-issued identification, and a copy of the front and back of the authorized credit card. These documents must be submitted to the hotel prior to the guest’s arrival. Failure to provide the required authorization and documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation or a request for immediate payment using an alternative method at check-in.

The Apurva Kempinski Bali reserves the right to cancel any reservation, refuse accommodations, or recover any outstanding balance if the above requirements are not met.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
