This is a one-of-kind antique wood villa with lots of character. If you are looking for something very unique, clean, and well maintained, then Balian Beach Villa is the perfect place. We just finished a major renovation April 2022. It’s an amazing space with a magical vibe. Its one of the closest private villas to the beach, surf break, and restaurants in Balian. Less than a 2 minute walk. Best known for its surfing, Balian Beach is also one of the most consistent surf breaks in Bali that can accommodate all levels of surfers. Balian also offers many other things like yoga, fishing, trekking, and kite surfing certain months of the year. Balian has such a magical feeling that it also attracts many other people who just want to come and relax, get massages, and be away from the crowds and tourist traps of Kuta, Seminyak, Canguu and Ubud. Most people who end up in Balian usually don't want to leave. Its a beautiful and peaceful little town away from the crowds and tourist traps. We have great surf here and not so crowded like most spots in Bali, cleanest river in Bali which is beautiful to swim in, lots of cool little cafes, and just lots of natural beauty. Balian is also a very safe place for kids to run around freely. You can also do many day trips from Balian.
