Welcome to this stunning villa in a prime Seminyak location. Fully staffed, with chef services available, this tranquil haven is just minutes from the beach and the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. A huge pool with diving board & ball net, jacuzzi and tropical gardens with cabana gives the perfect opportunity to have fun or relax in ambient grounds. A contemporary 4/5 large bedroom family villa. Fully Registered & Insured, certificates available. 30-45 mins transfer time from airport .

Villa Annecy is a privately owned Villa in Seminyak. Owned by my brother and run by me, it is used for family holidays as we live on different sides of the world and is the perfect place to come together with our sister and our families. Prior to arrival guests have regular communication with Natasha, to make sure that when you arrive our driver is waiting at the airport to collect all guests, also to advise of any requirements; shopping list, spa treatments etc., day trips or general advice, we are very happy to help in any way with advice or arrangements, to ensure you can make the most of your stay with us. Then on arrival our Hostess, Ni Made will greet you and along with the team will look after you during your stay. There will always be a member of our staff with you discreetly at the villa, so you will be looked after 24/7. When you are settled in Ni Made will continue where Natasha left off as they are in daily contact and continue to arrange trips, transport, reservations etc. as required and help you to make sure that you have a relaxing but memorable stay.

The villa is situated on a quiet lane within easy walking distance of the beach, which is less than 10 mins on foot, main shopping streets, and dining. The Bintang supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. We have a driver that can be booked privately, but we recommend guests download the Gojek App. This means that cheap transportation is readily available to guests at their convenience. Standard Taxi's can be caught from the top of the lane very easily, or Ni Made can organise for one to come and collect from the Villa. Scooter's and cars can be hired very easily, we can also arrange this for you.
