Villa Cemacase is a unique and beautifully designed private luxury villa just 200 meters from Seseh Beach, offering a stylish and comfortable stay with a great balance of indoor and outdoor living. This two-bedroom villa features air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable bedding and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. The heart of the villa is its spacious open living area, designed to feel bright and inviting, complete with a cozy lounge, smart TV, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and even a pool table for added entertainment—perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together. Outside, a large private swimming pool is complemented by a deck and comfortable seating areas, creating a refreshing space to enjoy the sun or unwind after a day exploring the island. The villa is fully serviced with daily housekeeping six days a week, along with regular pool and garden maintenance to keep everything in excellent condition while respecting your privacy. Located in the Seseh area, you’ll be close to a selection of local restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may result in occasional noise during the day. You’re just a short walk from Seseh Beach, where you can enjoy morning strolls, sunset views, or a relaxing day by the ocean. The area offers a nice mix of cafés, small restaurants, and beach spots, without the noise and crowds of Canggu. It’s a great place to slow down, enjoy nature, and experience a more authentic side of Bali while still being close enough to enjoy everything Canggu has to offer within a short drive. Whether you’re here to surf, relax, or explore local culture, Seseh is a perfect base for a calm and stress-free stay. Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
