Our names are Rene and Tom and we own Secluded Bali Villas, that markets and manages over 18 villas across Bali, including four that we personally own. Although originally from Indonesia and the UK respectively we have lived as far afield as Azerbaijan, UK, Thailand and Malaysia. In July 2008 we both gave up our high stress corporate jobs and took the plunge and committed to only managing and marketing our own villas in Bali. We wanted to do it properly however, and so using Tom's corporate background, and Rene's background in hotel management, we registered as a company, set up all the systems and processes, and established an office in Bali as well. Our approach is very personal. We personally know all the villa owners, and visit and inspect every villa every few weeks. We will only ever look after a limited number of villas and now manage and market 18 villas, 4 our are own, including Villa Kalisha. Needless to say our life has totally changed. Villa Kalisha is a two bedroom villa that showcases the true beauty of Bali. When you first arrive you are instantly hit by the amazing views, as it almost seems to hang suspended above a steep jungle filled gorge. In all directions there is nothing but trees, but 100m below you there are beautiful rice paddies. Night time brings a special ambiance when the superb lighting further highlights the villa’s breath-taking location. BEDROOMS Upstairs Main Double Bedroom - King-size, Double Bed with balcony and large ensuite bathroom with standalone bathtub, all with epic jungle gorge views. Downstairs Main Double Bedroom - King-size, Double Bed, ensuite bathroom with unique wooden bath and ornate fish pond. Additional Bed/Bedroom Options - The standard villa rental rate is based on 2 bedrooms and 4 guests, however if you wish to have additional guests the upstairs TV Lounge, can be set up with two twin Futon Beds (Or king-size Double)

Villa Kalisha is about 25 minutes from the centre of Ubud. A carefully chosen location means that you can still head into Ubud easily, but are able to enjoy a relaxing and cool location (it is typically only 25 degrees centigrade or so at Villa Kalisha as it is at a higher altitude) and see more of the village culture that really characterizes Bali.
