Bedrooms & Layout - Ground Floor: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a 160 cm king-size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Both rooms enjoy garden and pool views. - Upper Floor: A third bedroom with private access, a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace is ideal for sunrise or sunset yoga, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Surfboards can also be stored upstairs. Living Spaces - A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor, thoughtfully positioned between the two bedrooms to maintain intimacy. - Guests can unwind by the private pool, stretch out on the sun loungers, or relax on the bean bags with a book. - The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, and as with all tropical destinations, nature is part of the experience. At Villa Maracuya, you may come across small creatures such as lizards, geckos, frogs, snails, dragonflies, butterflies and insects. Even with these natural encounters, the villa is carefully maintained to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. You may also occasionally spot monkeys from the nearby forest or see them strolling past the pool. Important Notes - Construction is ongoing in the surrounding area, and daytime noise may occur. Rates have already been discounted by 15–30% to reflect this. House Rules: - No pets allowed - No smoking inside the villa - No parties, or events - Quiet hours after 10 pm - Music is welcome, but only through small Bluetooth speakers.
