Each of our unique villas offers the privacy and facilities of a vacation home without compromising on amenities and services, such as daily housekeeping and breakfast. A private pool, an open-concept living area with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, and a jacuzzi make each villa ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. Every villa is fully enclosed by walls, ensuring all facilities are private. The villas were built and fully furnished in 2023. 🚗 Airport transfers and transport to other locations in Bali are available on request. For parking your own car, please inquire about availability in advance. The streets around the villas are quite narrow, so we do not recommend driving yourself if you are not familiar with the area. 🦎 Please note that the villas have open spaces with gardens. You may encounter insects and small geckos, which are very common in Bali. Geckos tend to stay on walls and ceilings and are completely harmless. The living area is open to the gardens and equipped with ceiling fans, while the bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned. 🛜 The villas rely on the public power supply and an internet provider. Usually, there are no issues, but in rare cases, the connection may be interrupted until the provider restores it. 💦 All villas have pools with a shallow end (100 cm) and a deep end (150–180 cm). Most adults are unable to stand in the deep end. We recommend using a pool fence if there are young children who cannot swim (must be arranged with us in advance).

Each villa is fully enclosed by walls which means you will have the space including the pool entirely to yourself. As our villas are located across different streets in Seminyak, they are not all shown under the same listing. So you may need to check multiple listings depending on which location or villa you would like to stay at.

Located in a peaceful part of Seminyak, just 350 m from the beach, the villas occupy a strategic location. Double Six Beach, known for its many dining options and bars, is accessible via a small side street. Heading north along Jalan Sari Dewi brings you to Seminyak’s iconic beach club, KU DE TA, famous for its themed parties as well as being a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. An 800 m walk takes you to the lively area around Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street) and Seminyak Square, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutique shops.
