Villa Nolan is a beautifully designed three-bedroom private villa that blends tropical Balinese charm with modern comfort. The open-plan living area seamlessly extends to a private pool, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind under the island sun. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned to ensure a restful night’s sleep, and the villa features a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. For added ease throughout your stay, our 24/7 concierge service is available via text or call. Just a little heads-up, there’s a sweet, friendly orange cat (Mimi) who sometimes likes to hang out around the villa. She is a Balinese cat and is a little more active than most cats. Don’t worry though—she is clean, fully vaccinated, sterilized, healthy, and receives regular veterinary check-ups. She can be a little reserved at first and isn’t always a fan of being touched by new people. However, once she gets to know you and you earn her trust, she’s incredibly sweet and affectionate.

Villa Nolan is located in Padonan, a quiet local residential area that offers a more authentic and peaceful side of Bali, yet still just a 5-minute drive to the center of Canggu. The villa sits at the end of a small alley that fits a regular-sized city car, just let us know in advance if you’re planning to bring one so we can assist you better. Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
