Brand new villa in the heart of Seminyak Bali,Luxury 3 bed villa in quiet garden setting . The property is 10-minute walk to Seminyak beach , Double Sixs beach, and surfing area ,2 minute walk to Bingtang supermarket and walking distance to all famous resturants of Seminyak,5 minute to red carpet bar, and lavavela night club . 3 large bedrooms all air conditioner and privat bathrooms . Well equiped kitchen large dinning area and comfortable lounge area . Large swiming pool with sun loungers .

The Villa is situated in the center of Seminyak .10- minute walk to Seminyak beach ,2- minute walk to Bintang supermarket . Close to hammerhead gym and Flash gym. Walking distance to all resturants , night clubs and bars and short drive to the famous beach clubs of Bali . And just just walking distance to beauty spa, tatto studio,parmacy,money changger, and many more.
