Villa Sawahku is a peaceful, private villa built in 2024, offering two cozy bedrooms, a spacious open living area, and a stunning view of the rice terraces. Tucked away in a quiet part of Canggu, it’s just a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, making it the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The villa features a comfortable living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen, whether you feel like cooking yourself or having someone prepare a meal for you. From here, you’ll enjoy serene views of the rice fields and your own private swimming pool. Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms comes with a large, comfortable bed, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy. For an extra touch, there’s a rooftop patio accessible from the stairs by the pool, a lovely spot to soak in the sunshine or unwind with a sunset drink. Our villa is fully staffed with daily cleaning six days a week, pool and garden maintenance a few times each week, and we’re always here to help with 24/7 concierge services, making sure your stay is as smooth and worry-free as possible. We’d like to kindly remind regarding the parking space at the villa: it comfortably accommodates a few scooters. If you’re planning to bring any cars, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements accordingly. Please note that the area is undergoing development, and there is an active construction site nearby. While the project is in its final stages, you may notice occasional activity. We appreciate your understanding and aim to minimize any inconvenience during your stay.

Villa Sawahku is nestled in a newly developed neighborhood next to the beautiful rice fields of Tumbak Bayuh. It’s a peaceful hideaway, just 10-15 minutes from the lively center of Canggu. Since the villa and the alley are brand new, the road is still a work in progress, but it’s still accessible by a regular sized car. Just a heads up, the alley can be a bit dark at night due to limited lighting, so please take care. Within a quick 5-minute drive, you'll find some delightful cafes and restaurants to be explored. Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
