Right to Decline Bookings Trident Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a booking at any stage, including after the final payment has been received. We do not accept bookings where the purpose or nature of the stay is incompatible with the type or location of the property, or where it may impact the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of nearby residents. This includes—but is not limited to—bookings for workers, underage guests, third-party bookings, or reservations made by charities or similar organisations without full disclosure at the time of booking. If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited. Furthermore, Trident Holiday Homes is not liable if a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund. However, no refund or liability will be provided if a guest is asked to vacate or chooses to leave before the end of their stay.

Located on the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and living area which is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. There are comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living room area. After a day spent exploring the beautiful blue flag beaches relax by the warm open fire in this seaside holiday cottage. Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 has 3 bedrooms and sleep 6 guests comfortably: Ground Floor: Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 First Floor Double bedroom, sleeping 2 Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 There are two bathrooms in this holiday cottage, the ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the first floor bathroom has a shower unit. From March 1st to August 31st, WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages. Ample car parking is available. This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter.

Lessons for surfers of all levels as well as equipment hire are on offer at Ballybunion Surf School which operates from the local beach. Enjoy a cliff walk along the Bromore Cliffs which is well fenced and suitable for all ages and take in the spectacular scenery along the way. The 180-foot cliffs have been sculpted by nature over thousands of years. One of the many walking trails on offer in the area. Golfers are well catered for here with the excellent Ballybunion Golf Club and several other golf courses dotted along the coastline.
