Stylish loft living in a charming Victorian townhouse in the heart of Dublin City. Sleeping up to 8 guests in three bedrooms, with a sunny private roof terrace. We have filled our home with luxury beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and filled the walls with vibrant art which we've collected on our travels. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and entertain and we are always on hand to offer some local insider knowledge of the vibrant local food and bar scene. Please note, that as a city centre property, comes great convenience but also the potential for street noise.
We are great lovers of Dublin, working in hospitality for over 20 years, we have an abundance of knowledge about this wonderful city, particularly in terms of food, entertainment and its great history, which we are happy to share with all who visit with us.

Our loft townhouse is situated in the Grafton St area of Dublin, the main shopping thoroughfare, with the best restaurants, bars and possibly the best city park in Ireland!
Considering its busy location, the apartment is resasonably quiet on account of the double glazed windows. However, with a number of restaurants and bars close by, there is the potential for street noise, particularly on sunny days. It falls between South George's Street on the right, which, is part of Dublin's Creative Quarter, filled with lots of cool cafes, restaurants and boutiques and Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping thoroughfare is only a 2 minute walk, while St Stephen’s Green is 250 metres away - this has to be one of Dublin's finest city parks and a beautiful place to have a picnic or if you’re feeling more energetic, take a an early morning jog! Grafton Street, Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral and Grafton Street are all 5-10 minutes walk away.
