Blue Pearl Apartment is located on the stunning Atlantic drive, one of the shortest and most spectacular scenic drives in all of Ireland. Rosapena and St Patrick ( rated top 50 world wide) golf course both only a couple of mile from property. Just a few minutes from Downings village, close to all amenities, yet tucked away so you can experience privacy and relaxation undisturbed. Singing Pub is just a few minutes walk and there are magnificent beaches in every direction, infamous Murder hole beach is only a couple of min drive. Stunning nature on your doorstep, come and explore. The Apartment is modern, spacious & well equipped. It is an inviting and serene space that is ideal for relaxing & unwinding. There are two large double rooms with king size beds, one single room with 2 large single beds. A spacious bathroom and 1 En-suite. A delightful open plan kitchen/living area with the most amazing view of Mulroy bay. Beautiful bright sunroom looking out to Blaney Bridge with comfortable seating that adds a touch of chill out comfort. Yoga mats and classes are available on request if time is suitable, and I am free. There is a Lucy adjustable Laptop Tray available for work. There is a little shed underneath the apartment that you can use for your bicycle or buggy. Highchair and carry cot available. There is a dining area and BBQ available outside, and a stunning front and back garden perfect for kids to play in.

Sivananda style yoga teacher, did my training many years ago in Kerela India. I haven’t taught in a long while but quite happy to offer you a class if booked in advance. I love nature and the outdoors and enjoy nothing better than pottering around the garden on a bright summers day.

Downings village is fronted by a popular blue flag beach and is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts. Rosapena and St Patrick ( rated top 50 world wide) golf course both only a couple of mile from property. Fishing and Tweed making are the traditional industries of Downings, and both survive to this day. McNutts Tweed are renowned worldwide for the quality of their knitwear and tweed, they have a store in the village where you can check out their large variety of products. Traditionally Downings is an Irish speaking area, and many locals will move back and forth between Irish and English depending on who they are talking to. The village is well served with a number of hotels, cafes, pubs and craft outlets. The activities available are endless and there is something for everyone, famous golf courses, horse riding, water sports, walking, hiking, and hill climbing, cycling and bike hire, Alpacas walking............the list goes on
