This traditional detached cottage is set in a quiet position at the water's edge between the villages of Chapeltown and Knightstown, on Valentia Island. The property has been skilfully restored to maintain much of its original character whilst still providing a comfortable standard of accommodation and convenience. The property is able to sleep up to three people over two bedrooms and boasts a welcoming open fire and pretty gardens to the rear. The property is also within easy reach of the amenities and activities in Knightstown, as well as offering beautiful views across the water. Note: the open fire will be removed from 1/1/23 and will be all oil central heating and the electric heater. Fuel & power charged by meter reading. Note: No children under 5, including infants.
