Situated on the corner of Lansdowne/Shelbourne Road, on the back of the Avivia Stadium , 2 minutes walk from the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes walk from the RDS and Grand Canal Theatre. The nearest Dart Station is Lansdowne Road beside the townhouse. One of Dublin's most exclusive areas, Ballsbridge is home to many foreign Embassies and only a short distance from Dublin city's main tourist attractions, cultural and business centres.
