Please bring a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, driver's license from North America, Australia, or the EU, or Garda Age Card for Ireland). Photocopies and residency cards/visas are not accepted.

Age Restrictions:

Bookings cannot be accepted by any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). Guests who wish to bring their children under 16 years of age must book a whole dorm or private room. For guests aged 16 or 17 years of age, they can book into one of the dorm rooms but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over).

Maximum Stay:

Maximum stay: 14 days. It cannot be extended or rebooked (if you book more than 14 days, your booking will be cancelled, even if you make multiple bookings).

Breakfast:

Breakfast is not included in the price.

Breakfast is from €10.90 per adult. You need to contact the hostel to book your breakfast.

Breakfast is served from Mon – Fri between 7.00 AM and 10.30 AM & from Sat–Sun between 8.00 AM and 11.00 AM.

Cancellation Policies:

Non-refundable rate: this rate offers no flexibility. Non-refundable bookings that cannot be changed or canceled are prepaid. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Fully Flexible Rate: This rate offers full flexibility on your booking up to 24 hours before arrival. The total price of the booking will be charged 24 hours before arrival.

Towels are provided only in specific rooms, such as private rooms. For other room types, towels can be rented for a small fee. Guests are also welcome to bring their towels.

There is no on-site parking available.

No pets or animals are allowed, apart from guide dogs. Please contact the hostel for more information.

Accessibility:

Some of our 6-bed dorms are wheelchair accessible. If requested, these dorms can be converted into private rooms. Please contact the hostel for more information; their reservations team will be happy to provide you more information.

Groups policy:

Group conditions apply to all groups of 15 people or more. Special terms and conditions will apply for group bookings. We recommend you contact the hostel for more information.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
