The Forge Cottages are snugly nestled into the heart of a quiet rural village in South-East Wexford. Once a real working forge, the cottages have been transformed into modern accommodation without losing any of their original charm. Step into comfort as you enter the open living spaces, perfect for spending time with loved ones. Embrace the tranquillity of the courtyard, a perfect retreat after a day of sight-seeing. Just across the road, enjoy convenient access to a friendly local shop & bar.

Padraic is from the area. The Forge Cottages have been owned by The Parle family for five generations. Cottage 1 was a working forge up until the 1960s. Padraic looks forward to welcoming guests into his newly renovated cottages.

Baldwinstown is a small village located on a crossroads in South-East Wexford. There is a friendly shop & pub across the road from the cottages. Kilmore Quay is just 7km away and a visit to Mary Barry's restaurant in Kilmore village is a must. 7km to fishing village of Kilmore Quay 10km to Johnstown Castle, Museum & Gardens 15km to Wexford town 17km to Tintern Abbey 18km to Rosslare Harbour 40km to Hook Lighthouse Take your pick of nearby beaches!
