Leaving behind their careers as teachers, they followed their entrepreneurial vision to create a welcoming space built on home cooking, locally sourced produce, and exceptional hospitality. Over the years, Gleeson’s has grown to include 19 bedrooms, a restaurant, and a function room, becoming a much-loved destination for dining, celebrations, and stays. Our restaurant combines the character of a historic townhouse with the flavours of modern Irish cooking, showcasing the best of local and seasonal produce. Whether joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, guests can expect relaxed dining in a warm and inviting setting. Today, the next generation leads the way, with daughter Cáit as Proprietor and General Manager, proudly continuing the family tradition of warmth, care, and quality.
