Rooms may be allocated in main hotel or in self-catering suites in the resort’s grounds. On some occasions, reservations may be allocated to another property within the resort. In most cases, and where possible, advance notice will be given.

One For All Vouchers cannot be redeemed on your reservation.

The maximum number of children's cots and high chairs per self-catering unit is 1. Additional cots and high chairs will be charged at EUR 5 per day and may only be arranged directly with the hotel's Front Office.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For the self-catering properties, gas and electricity are metered and billed as per consumption.

Please note the balance for the stay will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival.

Please note that when holiday homes are at full capacity, WiFi may be limited.

Guests staying in our Aparthotel are required to check out by 11am on the day of departure. Guests staying in our self-catering accommodation are required to check out by 10am - this includes Cottages, Beach Houses, Villas, Apartment Suites and Lodges. Adherence to these times are essential to ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited at our Resort without exception, except for registered Assistance Dogs. Bringing an unauthorised pet onto into our Self-Catering Homes will terminate your booking resulting in immediate cancellation of your stay regardless of being check in without a refund.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
