En-suite room in loft/ penthouse (6th/ top floor) apartment. Bright, modern, spacious, comfortable and quiet with great views over Lansdowne Road (Aviva) rugby stadium, Dublin Bay and the Dublin Mountains. Balcony off living room and bedroom. Easy access with lift. On-site parking available. Nice, quiet and spacious bedroom; Kingsize bed (150 x 200cm; 5'0'' x 6'6'') and en-suite toilet and shower. Served by DART (train) station minutes walk away, Luas (tram) and bus stops immediately outside the apartment block. City centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river Liffey. Dublin City bike scheme has docking stations nearby, with bikes to rent by the hour.

Dublin's Grand Canal/ Silicon Docks Quarter is close to everything - Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College, Bord Gais Theatre, 3Arena, Lansdowne Road (Aviva) rugby stadium, Grand Canal, Georgian Dublin, and other sightseeing. Great location with bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and theatres all around and the beautiful Grand Canal Quay to stroll along enjoying the view and atmosphere!
