Kilkee Cottage is centrally located in the coastal town of Kilkee near to Kilrush. The former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully renovated and furnished to a high standard and can sleep five people in three bedrooms (one double with ensuite, one twin and a single). The cottage also has a family bathroom and a lovely open plan living area comprising a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a secluded patio area as well as off road parking for two cars. The shop, the pub and the beach are all just two minutes walk away, which makes Kilkee Cottage the ideal location for a fabulous family holiday.

Kilkee is a seaside town on the westerncoast of County Clare overlooking the sandy beach that is protected from the Atlantic weather by the Duggerna Reef. The Kilkee Surf School runs surf camps for children aged 9 to 16 at Kilkee and Doughmore beaches every week of the summer holidays and close by is Waterworld which has a range of indoor water attractions including a bubble pool, shower geysers, the 'lazy river ride' and a 61m crystal tower slide. The 18-hole championship golf course is situated on the road towards George's Head and stretches along the spectacular cliffs. Kilkee has a variety of cafÃ©s and restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and shellfish and the pubs and bars have regular music competitions, traditional Irish nights, cabaret, dancing and pub theatre.
