Lismacue House is a country house set on a two-hundred-acre estate, owned by the same family since 1704. The present house was built in 1813 and is a classically proportioned Georgian country house. Lismacue House has stunning panoramic views of the Galtee Mountains, where horse riding, hill walking, and cycling can all be arranged. There is excellent trout fishing on the river Ara, which runs through the estate. There are top-class golf courses and race courses within a 40-minute drive. You could never be bored at Lismacue! The elegance of yesteryear is seamlessly married to the modern comforts of today with high speed fiber internet, warm cosy rooms and excellent thoughtful food using local ingredients. There are 9 guest bedrooms available, fitting a maximum of 24 people. We offer a wonderful breakfast and dinner is also available.
