Property is situated overlooking Cootehall Marina with panoramic views of the river Shannon throughout. Three large Ensuite bedrooms. Main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath . Massive open plan kitchen and dining room with un rivalled lake views. Utility Room with washer and dryer. Private outdoor seating area overlooking the River Shannon . For an extra fee and a fully refundable deposit an electric boat is available for guests private use at the marina. These boats offer the ultimate family day out. It is designed so the boat is extremely stable and comfortable fitted with cushions and a Bimini to protect you from the sun . Availability April till oct . Booking essential.
Live in Carrick on Shannon.
The Waterfront restaurant is alongside the apartment . Lough key forest Park is less than a 5 minute drive away. Carrick on Shannon and Boyle less than a 10 minute drive away. 1hr approx spin via electric boat to Carrick on Shannon
