Myself and my husband have been running our Bed and Breakfast for a number of years and we both really enjoy it, as we get to meet a lot of wonderful guests from all over the world. Previously we both worked in pretty stressful jobs for the past 35 years, so we decided to take it down a notch, and its working really well. We work hard, but its very rewarding and we do everything we can to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by making them feel comfortable, safe and at home.

Our Bed and Breakfast is in a rural setting, surrounded by large trees and fields. There is a beautiful garden Centre/restaurant/country shop 5 mins walk, otherwise we are in the countryside. By Car, the house is 8 mins from Dublin airport, 5 mins to Swords, and 2 min from Exit 4 on M1, and 8 min to M50 which connects to the national motorway system. Galway, for example, is a 2 Hour drive. Excellently situated if you are travelling by car and planning on visiting different parts of Ireland. If you are travelling by bus, Dublin airport has a national bus & coach service. The house offers a choice of four rooms Super King, King, Double / twin room, All En-suite, very comfortable & spotlessly clean. One of the rooms has a terrace. All rooms have smart TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and Tea & coffee facilities. Each room have their own fridge & food press. There is a, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The breakfast room is on ground level, and upstairs there is a quiet Guest Lounge. The house has Free on site parking. if you are not travelling by car, it is a 5min walk to the Bus stop on a busy roadside, which takes you to Swords, Dublin Airport and City Centre. We are close to Swords, which offers plenty of shopping at the Pavilions shopping center. restaurants, bars, golf clubs and beautiful beaches. We are also close to Donabate and Malahide seaside villages. Swords has a 24 hour bus service. The Swords Express bus service takes 22 mins to Dublin City from Swords Town Centre. Taxi and Uber are easily available.

We live between Donabate and Swords, Swords being the closest. Our house is remote, we are surrounded by large trees and fields, with only a handful of houses on our road. There is a beautiful Garden Centre , 5 min walk, across the road, which has a restaurant open from 09:00 to 18:00 every day, also a country food shop, and fantastic Gift shop. there is a lovely walk 5 mins from the house, that takes you down to the Estuary, via a very quiet country road. We are a two min drive to Newbridge House and demesne, which offers wonderful walks through path and prairie lands, they also have a really nice café. We are no more than a 15 min drive to a number of beautiful beaches, Skerries, Malahide, Portmarnock and Donabate, being the closest and our favorite. Swords and Malahide are very close also and offer many restaurants, bars and shopping. There are many enjoyable walks close to us, Portrane Cliff walk, Donabate Beach, Skerries head, Newbridge House and Argillan Castle, to name a few. We are also surrounded by many well known excellent Golf courses.
