Welcome to The Artist Residence Dublin, country chic style Bed & Breakfast set against the beautiful Irish Sea in the peaceful and prestigious suburb of Sutton, Dublin 13. The Artist Residence is located just 15 minutes drive away from Dublin city centre and Dublin airport, with quintessential feel of the Irish country side. This recently restored 100-year-old cottage offers an idyllic, quiet and beautiful sea side location. Each room at The Artist Residence Dublin offers comfy beds, en-suite modern bathrooms, an elegant cosy guests’ sitting room, stylish interiors throughout and lush gardens where to sit and relax. Breakfast is on offer. Free wi-fi and private parking. Toiletries, snacks and tea/ coffee making facilities. The medieval fishing village of Howth is a 5-minute drive with award winning bars and restaurants. Buses to Airport and Dublin City Centre are by our doorstep.

The Artist's Residence Dublin is a large detached 1920s cottage with large gardens overlooking the sea and Dublin Bay. It is 20 minutes drive from city centre and 17 minutes from the airport. It boasts individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, restored antique furniture original to the house, and quirky artwork. The entire house and gardens have been recently refurbished using traditional materials and modern conveniences still retaining some art-deco features. All three rooms come with modern en-suite bathrooms.The Artist’s Residence is just 20 minutes outside Dublin City Centre, in the coastal area of Sutton, overlooking Dublin Bay. The picturesque villages of Howth and Malahide are a stone’s throw away. Nearby are the beautiful beaches of the Burrow and Portmarnock, ideal for surfing and other water sports, or for a leisurely stroll. There are wonderful cycling lanes and walking trails. The neighbourhood has an abundance of renowned restaurants, pubs, shops and cafés. Our local pub is just 2 minutes’ walk away, where you can enjoy a drink, watch sports, or chat with the locals.
