Property info

We are an 18th-century townhouse located directly on the River Liffey, opposite the landmark Four Courts building. Buses to and from the airport stop right outside the house (Dublin Coach Line 782), as well as other city and regional services. We offer self-catering rooms and studios, each with its own fridge, kettle, and access to the spacious ground-floor kitchen and dining area, equipped with an egg cooker, microwaves, air fryer, and coffee and tea makers. Please note: no hob or oven is available. Our studios have separate kitchenettes (also without hob or oven) with similar facilities and seating areas. Available room types Double rooms (for 2 people) – with views overlooking the river Triple rooms (for up to 4 people) – facing the rear/courtyard Family rooms/studios (for up to 6 people) – with views overlooking the river All guests have access to our beautiful roof terrace overlooking the River Liffey and the Four Courts—one of the finest views in Dublin.

From this convenient city-centre location, all major sights are within walking distance—stroll along the river for 5 minutes to Temple Bar, reach Christchurch Cathedral and Dublin Castle in 5 minutes, or walk just 10 minutes to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Trinity College is about a 15-minute walk away.
