It allows us to share our unique corner of Dublin—perfectly placed between the vibrant city centre and the beautiful mountain trails. As we live in the main house, we are nearby and happy to offer local recommendations (from the best hikes to our favourite pubs!), but we also completely respect your privacy. You'll be staying in Stepaside - a safe, quiet, and beautiful village at the foothills of Dublin Mountains. For Nature Lovers: You are minutes from the best hiking and mountain biking trails in Dublin. The Wicklow Way, Ticknock Forest (famed for its views), and Three Rock are all on your doorstep. Local Village: A short walk brings you to Stepaside Village, with its charming pubs, restaurants, and local shops. Iconic Local Pubs The Blue Light: A local gem with the best views of Dublin city. It's a beautiful 25-minute uphill hike from here, taking you through the lovely Fernhill Park & Gardens. Johnnie Fox's: One of Ireland's most famous and highest pubs! It's a must-visit for its classic Irish vibe, live traditional music, and river dancing. (10 mins drive) Getting Around To Dublin City Centre: The best of the city is surprisingly easy to reach. We are a short walk from the Luas (Green Line tram), which will have you in St. Stephen's Green (city centre) in approximately 30-35 minutes. By Bus: Local Dublin Bus routes are also nearby. By Car: We are just a few minutes drive from the M50 motorway, giving you easy access to the airport and the rest of Ireland.
