The Grove, 47 Riverrun is a beautiful, detached house overlooking the River Erne, just 5 minutes drive from the small town of Belturbet, Co. Cavan. The house is light and airy and in a gated community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 adults. On the first floor there is a large sitting room with beautiful views over the river Erne. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms, both with king size beds and two bathrooms. Also on the ground floor is an open plan kitchen with both a dining area and sitting area and a utility room. To the front of the house is a patio area with garden furniture. To the rear of the property is a sheltered patio area with BBQ. There is free parking at the house. Everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday including a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine is available in the property.
