Please check room photos before booking ... Our budget room compared to others is small (reflected in the low price ).... We think we give excellent value for money for groups that seek unique facilities and their own space..and a location that is very handy to city ... don't fall for overpriced locations when we are only 20min from center by frequent bus !! ...... Our family does live on the property in a seperate section of the home... and there is quite hrs that quests have to respect IMPORTANT NOTICE : No local / dublin-based guests are permitted to stay.. Initial Contact is only allowed via the website .. Please read the description fully before booking.. thanks !!!

we love hosting .. we've be doing it for 10 years now... we give the guests what we would hope we would get if away ourselves .. A warm wlecome. A brief Description of the home and area A detailed look at a exellent free map of dublin .. you will know Dublin after this and where to go !! trust me !! We give you your space... but are always available on property if needed (seperate section )

2 min walk to main bus route( 20 mins to center temple bar) 2 min walk to mini supermarket + 4 min walk to big shopping center with supermarket 4 min walk to to various takeaways ( ish and chip / aisan / mc d / indian ) 3 min walk to small park. 7 min walk to great pub with awesome food 4 min walk to breakfast cafe
