We bought the house just over 4 years ago and came from Scotland in Feb 2018 and moved in March 2018 and started renovations in April 2018 and opened for business in Aug 2018. We have a beautiful garden which has a recreated Irish Thatched Cottage in the garden. We enjoy welcoming guests to our home in this what we think a very underestimated beautiful part of West of Ireland and hope all who come to stay with agree.
We are a family from Scotland and have relocated to Ireland to take early retirement - we have been here now for about 4 years and love it - the people we have met both through the business and the people who live in the town could not be more welcoming We are sure you will experience this when you visit
We have the only working windmill in the West Of Ireland and there is a very interesting tour available. There are many interesting places to visit with a few kilometers of Elphin - Carrick on Shannon is only a 10min drive and had a fantastic range of restaurants and bars to visit.
