A unique self contained studio with private entrance. The space has been maximised with a built in high sleeper double bed (6ft clearance below) and a futon bed. Guests can utilise the kitchenette which is fully equipped with all the essentils, including an induction hob and microwave. Plus an under counter fridge (with freezer box). The compact bathroom is equipped with a rainforest shower and stocked with Some essential toiletries.
This unit is a garage conversion of a family property with its own private entrance and time with the host will be minimal, however we’ll conveniently be available Nextdoor should needs be.
The property is in Dublins southside and sits at the foot of the Dublin mountains. The suburb of Templeogue is a meer 15minutes from Dublin City centre. As you would expect plenty of amenities including parks, shops and services are very close by. Dublin is served by only two 24 hour bus services and the number 15 (which runs directly to the city centre) is only 2minutes walk away. You can also easily access Dublin Airport 24hrs a day and there are various other bus routes operating nearby too (46,75,15B,65 to name a few)
