Our house is a quiet place at 10 minutes walk from the town center of Kilkee. Surrounded by trees is home to many birds including great tits, robins and goldfinches.

Hi I am Valeria and together with my husband Silvio we run a small B&B close to wonderful beach of Kilkee. We are both Italians, recently moved to the gorgeous West Coast of Ireland. We would like to share our love for this beautiful country.

We are in the beautiful county of Clare which is home to well-known tourist destinations, the Cliff of Moher are less than an hour's drive away, as is Doolin the starting point for the Aran islands. But for those who like walking, it offers unforgettable landscapes such as the Burren National Park and also history such as the Dysert O'Dea archaeological site or the delightful Scattery Island, monastic site, which can be reached by a small boat from the Kilrush marina at 10 minutes by car from here. Kilkee, a seaside resort with Victorian-style buildings and the beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay from whose ends, walks on the cliffs from which to admire the coast, is the door of the Loop head peninsula. The lighthouse at the end of the peninsula is worth a visit, from which a splendid ring walk starts to admire, on clear days, the Kerry coast. Bridges of Ross is another stage not to be missed, three natural arches on the sea, two of which have now collapsed.
