This converted stables offers a delightful tradional retreat for couples wishing to explore the coast and country of wexford. Set in 45 acres of mature forest it also offers popular hill walking trails and viewing points with heritage sites in the immediate area. 7km quarry lake walk. Skeetar rock viewing point 1km. Coast 20mi Located together with parent cottage peacefully secluded at the end of ancient long drive. Open thread stairs with rope railing may not be suitable for elderly or infirm.
Beaches 20min drive. Sketar rock hill walks start here. Quarry lake 7km. Bronzeage cairn 700m. Furlongs homestead( recreation of prefamine homestead once belonging to our family) 800m. Johnstown castle,museum,park 3km. Heritage park 5km. Hook lighthouse 20km. Kennedy park arboritum 20km. Blackstair mountains , barrow river walks , boat trips to saltee islands and very many beaches along the sunny southeast coast. If you like it natural and green with seclusion and solitude this is for you. If you want activity ,dining out,pubs and nightlife it is only 10 min away in town. Car essential. Not suitable for infants of crawling age or above. Stairs not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.
