A brand new luxury beach-front apartment with a fantastic sea view from the house as well as from the master bed room . house is fully equipped with modern amenities. The balcony is spoiling and large. The location is right at the beach close to Cafe place, Pizza bar, grocery shopping and a shopping mall. There is also a synagogue at the building. The sea lovers will find Surf boards and a SUP for their use.
The place is situated 200 meters from the beaches with a quick access to various services such as a local csfe and restaurants which will make your stay enjoyable. You will also have beautiful walks starting rights from the house.
