The studio located is near Masada Street, where you will find neighborhood cafes, bars, pubs and shops. Also, the house is close to a bus station and Carmelit (metro). A 15-minute walk to the German Colony and Bahai Gardens. 10 minutes walk to Herzl Street where you will find a variety of shops, from clothes and shoes to cosmetics and gifts. Also, within a 10-minute walk you can reach the Haifa Museum of Art and the Haifa Theater.
