The ground floor offers a huge living room and 2 sitting areas with cable TV and a variety of TV channels in a number of languages, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room for your benefit. The second level offers 2 gorgeous suites with en suite bathrooms and an additional spacious double bedroom as well. The 3rd and top level is a gallery that offers a huge suite with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area and large balcony – with a great view of the city and the sea. The villa houses can accommodate up to 14 guests, suitable for families, Groups,Executive meetings& incentives. If you are visiting with a larger group, we can offer you additional Eshkol houses, are just moments away on foot. with three more apartments- Wallenberg Suites Complex When you are at home in the villa, unwind on the villa's balcony while enjoying the fabulous view. The villa is perfectly situated on the Carmel Mountain in a green and quiet neighborhood, but is only moments away from all the noise and bustle of Haifa's shopping centers, beaches, cafés and restaurants, movie theaters, and so much more. Stay in the center of town while feeling like you're in the middle of nature. Enjoy our hospitable environment that offers plenty of privacy. 3 minute walk from a grocery store and just 5-minute drive from the bigger shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and the clean and beautiful beaches in Hof Hacarmel. Haifa’s best tourist attractions such as: the Baha’i temple and Gardens, Louis promenade, Gan HaEm Park and Haifa Educational Zoo, are all within a few minutes’ drive. Also nearby are Haifa's educational institutions and business centers, such as: The Haifa University, the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, MATAM business park, the International convention center in Haifa, and more. It is all easily accessible from the villa by either public transportation or a private car. There is a convenient public transportation available to Carmel center (5 minutes drive) and anywhere else in Haifa.
