Some rooms feature a private bathroom while others have access to a shared bathroom with a shower. Some rooms also offer a balcony. The property is located in the Old Templars' house at the foot of Baha'i garden and features modernly furnished units set in a historic building. The owners will happily arrange guided tours of Haifa City for an additional cost. The nearest grocery store can be reached in 2-minutes time, while numerous restaurants can be reached in a short walk. The Bat Galim Beach is 1.9 mi away, while downtown Haifa can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The local bus stop Hof Hacarmel is located just in front of the German Colony.
