Hi! I’m Yael, originally from Israel but have been living in Ireland for the past 8 years, together with my husband and our 3 children. I’m a Computer Engineer by profession and lead technical and product teams in a tech company, and my husband works in the Digital Advertising space. We miss having our own place to stay when we visit back home in Israel, so we decided to set up this apartment, where we can stay when we visit, and rent it out the rest of the year. We put our heart and soul into it, invested to completely renovate it to the highest standard, sparing no costs, so that we really feel comfortable and at home when we stay there. We selected this apartment due to it’s unbelievably fantastic location, inside the Midrahov. We will be available to assist with anything throughout your stay, and we also have Nati, my father in law, who lives nearby and can help with anything on the ground if needed. The historic Zichron Yaakov promenade (in Hebrew: Midrahov) is a must see for anyone visiting Israel; filled with boutique shops and cafes throughout the magical alleyways surrounding the promenade. The property sits inside the center of the promenade, in the most unique and enchanting location. Two bedroom apartment. Master bedroom has a large 180x200cm bed with a premium orthopedic mattress and a 55 inch smart TV; second bedroom has two 140x200cm double bunk-beds. Living room is equipped with a 65 inch smart TV. Kitchen fully stocked including a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Tami4 water bar. Property has a washer and dryer. Bed sheets, towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, conditioner are all supplied. We have under floor heating and a central air conditioner in the entire apartment. There are 2 private parking spaces reserved for the apartment, which you will have full access to use.
