view of sea from all the windows at the apartment, proximity to the SAMI OFER stadium where football matches/ big shopping centers, restaurants, Louis Promenade. Port , Baha'i Gardens,Stella Maris Carmelite Monastery,Ride the Haifa Cable Car 10 minutes away. The district is very green, next to the house is an EXT park, a quay with coffeeis and children's playgrounds. All types of transport within walking distance. Bus stop under the house. The central bus station and central station is 5 minutes away. Parking available
